5. Payment Methods

  • Bank Transfer

Some high-value orders may require advance payment or partial advance payment before shipment.

6. Shipping

Shipping charges:

  • Inside Dhaka – BDT 80
  • Outside Dhaka – BDT 120

Delivery times are estimates and may vary.

7. Delivery Inspection

Customers are encouraged to inspect the package upon delivery.

Visible courier damage should be reported immediately before accepting the package whenever possible.

8. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before shipment.

Once shipped, cancellation may not be possible.

9. Return & Replacement

10. Warranty

Unless otherwise stated, products include a 7-day replacement warranty against manufacturing defects.
